Procedural Interface Spec for OMF96

The MCS-96 OMF Procedural Interface (abbreviated OMF96P) is an object library which provides a convenient way of creating and reading Object Module Format files for the MCS-96 family [1]. OMF96P will be used by translators (ASM96, PL/M-96), linkers/locators (RL96) and loaders.
